Quinoa Pea Salad – A Protein Rich Meal in Under 15 Minutes
There are days when I could run on quinoa. Quinoa salad is easy to make and very versatile. I try a new combination almost every week. Quinoa is filling and a real power package, rich in protein and fiber. You will be happy to hear, that other then salad based on lettuce, quinoa salad can be stored in the fridge for several days and will taste even better, once that the dressing soaked in. There are so many fast and healthy recipes, this is one of my favourites!
